• Prospectively review all OASIS assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state home health regulations • Analyze OASIS variation and alert reports to identify documentation gaps and trends • Ensure correct ICD‑10 coding and sequencing, including primary diagnoses and co‑morbidities • Collaborate with home health clinicians to clarify documentation issues and support appropriate corrections • Review visit utilization to ensure services align with patient condition, care guidelines, and reimbursement requirements • Identify potential underutilization, overutilization, or financial risk and report findings to Clinical Supervisor or designee • Communicate problematic trends in OASIS data, outcomes, and processes to leadership • Participate in Quality Improvement (QI), performance improvement, and Corporate Compliance activities • Assist with additional chart audits and clinical documentation reviews as needed
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active California license
- 2+ years of home health nursing experience required
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS (OASIS-E preferred)
- In-depth understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), and state licensure requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent clinical judgment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams

• Participate actively in sprint planning, quality discussions, and testing strategy sessions. • Design and execute exploratory, context-driven, and session-based testing activities. • Create test plans, coverage outlines, and testing reports. • Identify quality risks and concerns early in the development lifecycle. • Execute testing sessions, investigate issues, and document findings. • Diagnose, prioritize, and report defects effectively. • Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to improve software quality. • Promote continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes. • Contribute to building a strong quality culture across Agile teams. • Continuously evolve your testing craft through modern quality engineering practices.
• Support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware • Ensure high-quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts • Participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle • Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components • Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control • Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test) • Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances • Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation
• Implement and refine quality assurance strategies as devised in collaboration with the Product Development Manager (PDM) for your engagement(s). • Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks that align with the Architect's technology and quality standards. • Lead the practical application and optimization of automation frameworks in line with the Architect’s overarching technology roadmap. • Act as a pivotal liaison between the QA team and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes with development and product management workflows. • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, aligning with the Architect’s vision for excellence. • Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies under the guidance of the Architect. • Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging QA technologies and methodologies. • Provide expert QA guidance in project planning and execution, aligning quality assurance methods with project goals and the broader technological framework established by the Architect.
