Marketing Assistant
Slasify
• Plan and coordinate Slasify's participation in trade shows, conferences, and market-facing events across key markets • Manage event logistics end-to-end: registration, booth setup, scheduling, and attendee coordination • Liaise with event organizers and venue contacts to ensure smooth execution on the day • Maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned with marketing and sales priorities • Document event outcomes and leads generated for post-event reporting • Own procurement and inventory of trade show materials; business cards, flyers, banners, branded merchandise (hats, pens, bags, and similar) • Coordinate with vendors on production timelines, quality checks, and delivery schedules • Manage gifting for trade shows and market-facing activities • Keep all collateral on-brand and current; flag outdated materials for refresh • Manage relationships with marketing vendors; print suppliers, event contractors, collateral producers • Obtain and compare quotes; bring recommendations to the Director of Growth • Track vendor delivery timelines, performance, and invoices • Maintain an organised vendor contact list and service history • Assist with marketing operations, digital marketing activities, and cross-functional initiatives as directed • Support campaign logistics, asset distribution, and event follow-up activities • Assist with campaign tracking, lead management, CRM updates, and basic performance reporting • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve marketing execution, research, content development, workflow efficiency, and operational scalability
Job Requirements
- Experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role
- Highly organised with strong follow-through, you close loops and don't need chasing
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and vendor relationships simultaneously
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, this role involves coordination worldwide
- Based in Taiwan; comfortable working remotely in a distributed team
- Proactive communicator, you flag issues early and keep stakeholders informed
- A keen eye for brand consistency in physical materials and event presence
- Hard skills: Event coordination, vendor management, collateral procurement, basic budget tracking, digital marketing operations, CRM and marketing automation familiarity, and proficiency with AI productivity tools and AI assisted marketing execution.

Position Summary: The Director will support all current inline brands having responsibility for key account analytics as well as defining and delivering HCP education objectives, programs and resources to achieve educational objectives, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic brand objectives. This individual will also have responsibility for identifying and building relationships with academic and community key opinion leaders (KOL) and potential speakers including pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants (NP/PAs) and PharmDs. The incumbent will also serve as the liaison for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Oncology Account Manager (OAM) programs as well as Product Theaters. Performance Objectives: - Become a subject matter expert for customer analytics utilizing physician level data (i.e. the Compass report) to identify opportunities and provide data based direction to the brand teams on where to focus marketing initiatives to grow the business. - Identify and expand regional KOLs. Develop KOL mapping. - Develop and execute an in-depth plan of action to engage regularly with these regional KOLs to grow advocacy, collect insights for shaping market strategy, and support effective promotional and sponsored programs. - Connect KOLs with cross functional partners and leadership for participation in certain activities (i.e. advisory boards, Taiho training, other speaking engagements), where applicable. - Optimize organizational presence and key customer engagements through coordination with matrix partners (i.e., Marketing, Field, Access, Medical Affairs). - Work cross functionally with Medical Affairs to gain alignment between Commercial and Medical Affairs initiatives where appropriate.
