Senior Product Designer
Long & Foster Companies
• Lead end-to-end design process for complex features and products, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery. • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions. • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency across platforms. • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes. • Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Real estate industry experience and familiarity with designing transaction platforms is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Ability to drive strategic design decisions and influence product direction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
