You find the bottleneck and fix it. • Work with native gems and low-level bindings when needed. Different architectures, compilation issues, C extensions. • Ship frontend with good design sense. We use TailwindUI. You should be comfortable building clean, functional UI. • Maintain security standards. Understand common vulnerabilities. • Design, develop, test, and maintain software features and enhancements using C# and .NET. • Solve complex technical challenges, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related technical issues, contributing to root cause analysis and participating in on-call rotations when required. • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Customer Success teams to deliver new features and resolve issues efficiently. • Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as HubSpot and other internal tools. • Optimize and maintain internal administration and billing systems. • Continuously improve the platform by researching and implementing new technologies and development practices. • Support technical needs across Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams when required.
