Knowledge Analyst II, Bags & Leather Goods
Entrupy
• Serve as a subject matter expert in luxury handbag and leather goods authentication, supporting high-impact authentication and training initiatives. • Make meaningful contributions to the development, evolution, and quality control of Entrupy’s knowledge systems, ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs. • Analyze authentication trends, error patterns, and product data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Own and drive medium- to large-scale projects related to new brand and product support, knowledge structure, tooling, or content strategy, including defining scope, timelines, and success metrics. • Create advanced documentation, product intelligence frameworks, and reference materials that support expert-level decision-making. • Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to inform how knowledge is structured, tagged, and surfaced within Entrupy’s platforms. • Contribute to the design and refinement of training programs, helping raise the overall expertise of the global authentication team. • Stay ahead of market trends, brand updates, and emerging counterfeit techniques, translating insights into actionable knowledge assets. • Mentor and provide guidance to more junior Knowledge Analysts, supporting team growth and consistency.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in authentication, knowledge management, luxury goods research, fashion merchandising, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in authenticating luxury and contemporary handbags and leather goods, with strong brand-level knowledge.
- Proven ability to think analytically about data, patterns, and systems, not just individual cases.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives independently, with a track record of follow-through and impact.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, usable resources.
- High attention to detail paired with strong judgment and investigative instincts.
- Comfort working with large visual datasets, structured documentation, and analytical tools (spreadsheets, tagging systems, internal platforms).
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Deep interest in fashion, luxury, craftsmanship, and the role of authentication in protecting consumers and brands.
