• As an Engineer on the WithCoverage team, you will do more than just write code. You’ll own projects end-to-end – from scoping ideas to building, testing, and refining them with real users. • Develop and ship full-stack AI-driven projects from concept to production • Iterate on your projects with internal users until they're loved and adopted • Develop full-stack on a modern simple stack: Next.js + Tailwind 4, Express, Prisma GraphQL, Postgres, all deployed on Vercel and Render. Work with the latest LLM tools as they come out.

• Customize commercially available cryostats for quantum memory-specific needs • Work with vendors to design and configure deployable cryogenic systems • Work with IonQ internal teams to improve the current cryogenic platforms • Provide operational support for the current fleet of cryostats

• Scale infrastructure using repeatable, environment-aware patterns for safe staging, preview, and production rollouts. • Enhance reliability by defining service health metrics, improving alerting, and leading incident response + postmortems. • Strengthen access hygiene by championing least-privilege defaults, secret rotation, and cleaner permission boundaries. • Improve observability by building actionable dashboards and alarms, and creating light daily/weekly system health signals to keep the team oriented. • Improve release safety through progressive delivery and automated post-deploy checks. • Boost developer velocity by optimizing CI/CD workflows and documentation. • Support communications by incorporating a lightweight status/incident update path customers can trust. • Lead foundational projects as our analytics and batch workloads grow – setting standards for scalability and foundational developer resources.

• Architect and build high-performance AI agent infrastructure from the ground up • Design and implement on-chain coordination systems (funding mechanisms, governance, research incentives, token flows) • Build fault-tolerant backend services for agent orchestration, data pipelines, and integration with external systems (cloud labs, bio-databases, CROs) • Optimise system performance, throughput, and reliability under real-world research workloads • Lead technical decisions around system design, data models, and scaling strategy • Collaborate closely with product and science teams to translate research requirements into production systems • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, observability, and incident response • Mentor other engineers as the team grows
