• Oversee the payroll execution and systems for beeline, North America • Coordinate with international partners as required • Report to the Director of HR Operations and supervise 1-2 team members overseeing Payroll • Support local and global HR systems enhancements • Ensure compliance with federal/local legislation and internal Company policies • Achieve seamless transfer of payroll data with timely and accurate systems interfaces

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll department
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Solid knowledge of SAP
