Accenture Federal Services
• Oversee functional team and activities and report status to project management • Oversee integration of the business processes from a project-wide perspective • Lead project team analysis sessions, providing input on specific issues while verifying quality of deliverables • Evaluate functional accuracy of customizations made to system • Assist in timely resolution of functional issues • Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities • Support maintenance of project plans • Coordinate with LLNS for review and approval activities • Monitor progress and adjust schedule, approach, and resources • Coordinate all testing activities • Assist in planning for transition to production
