Growing together The Principal Data Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for developing complex reporting across multiple systems and leading change for new reporting capabilities. This role collaborates with many cross-functional reporting, IT, and other teams, to build out new reporting capabilities and troubleshoot / solution barriers. This role works with a wide range of data sources (medical and pharmacy claims, enrollment, clinical program, population health and authorization data) to deliver reporting on program performance, clinical, claims and other trends. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
