• Elaborar e executar planos de testes funcionais, regressivos, integrados e exploratórios; • Definir a estratégia de testes; • Apoiar o PO na definição dos critérios de aceite; • Criar os cenários de teste de acordo com os critérios de aceite; • Realizar testes funcionais end-to-end; • Criar testes automatizados; • Criar relatórios de teste; • Garantir a rastreabilidade dos testes e documentações adequadas; • Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores, analistas de sistemas, analistas de negócio e demais áreas para identificação e resolução de defeitos; • Monitorar métricas de qualidade e reportar indicadores de testes; • Participar ativamente de cerimônias ágeis para garantir entregas assertivas e contínuas; • Realizar testes de performance e segurança quando necessário.

• Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in QA automation, including their knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and best practices. • Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques that accurately evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for QA automation roles. • Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers, aiding in the decision-making process for QA automation hires. • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in QA automation to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of interview questions and techniques.

• Support internal and external audits (CLIA/CAP, ISO 13485, customer). • Support CAPA, Deviation, Change Requests and Nonconformance investigation and reporting. • Write/revise procedures and forms. • Perform statistical analysis/hypotheses testing (AQL’s etc) as required. • Support Quality systems compliance to CLIA, FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and HIPAA. • Participate in the management of Approved Suppliers. • Follow established company standard operating procedures and good documentation practices. • Review manufacturing/QC batch records. • Other duties as assigned.
