Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Creative Strategist, Copywriter:innen und Media Buyern und schneidest Videocreatives, die skalieren. UGC, VSL, Whitelisting, Hooks – du verstehst Markt, Format und die Mechanik von Social Ads. Und du nutzt jedes Tool, das dich schneller und besser macht. - Schnitt & Postproduktion performanter Werbevideos für Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) – v. a. UGC-Style, Whitelisting und kurze VSL-Formate, in 4:5, 9:16 und 1:1. - AI als Multiplikator: Du nutzt generative Tools (z. B. CapCut, Runway/Kling, HeyGen/Arcads, ElevenLabs, Captions) gezielt, um Hook-Varianten, Voiceovers, synthetische UGC, B-Roll und Untertitel in einem Bruchteil der bisherigen Zeit zu produzieren – und vervielfachst so unseren Test-Output. - Schnelle Iteration & Testing: neue Hooks, Schnitt-Varianten, Textänderungen, Thumbnail-Tests – viele Varianten, schnell, datengetrieben. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative Strategist bei Ideen, Storyboards und Skripten. - Visuelle Umsetzung psychologischer Trigger (Text-Overlays, Zooms, Soundbites, Pattern Interrupts) für maximale Scroll-Stopping-Wirkung. - Content-Selektion aus Rohmaterial von Creatorn, Influencern, internen Aufnahmen – und zunehmend aus AI-generiertem Material. - Aufbau & Pflege einer Creative-Bibliothek (gerne AI-gestützt getaggt/organisiert), damit wir schneller iterieren können. - Optimierung bestehender Creatives anhand von Performance-Daten und Feedback aus dem Media Buying. Qualifications - Erfahrung im Video Editing für Performance-Marketing, speziell für Social Ads (Meta, TikTok von Vorteil) – du hast Ads geschnitten, die tatsächlich live liefen und performt haben. - AI-Workflows sind Pflicht, kein Nice-to-have: Du arbeitest aktiv mit generativen Video-, Audio- und Avatar-Tools – oder brennst darauf, dir das schnell anzueignen. - Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Premiere Pro und/oder CapCut, After Effects von Vorteil. - Ein Gespür für Tempo, Dynamik, Timing und Werbewirkung – nicht nur für Ästhetik. - Du kennst gängige DR-Frameworks: Hook–Problem–Solution, Before–After–Bridge, AIDA, PAS etc. - Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und schnelle Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitig hoher Qualität. - Testgetrieben & neugierig – du willst wissen, warum ein Video performt (oder nicht). - Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Supplement- oder Health-Brands im D2C-Kontext.
