Goody Gifting
• Own the growth engineering function: Partner closely with our Growth team to identify opportunities, design experiments, and ship changes that improve our core funnel metrics. • Experiment fast and iterate: Implement A/B tests and experiments across our product, from landing pages to onboarding to customer lifecycle messaging, while learning quickly and using data to evaluate and inform next steps. • Build new bets: Go beyond incremental optimization to prototype and ship new features, including dark horse ideas that could unlock disproportionate growth. • Influence the product: Advocate for growth-minded thinking across the company and translate learnings into product improvements that benefit all users.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in growth, (engineering experimentation, or working on user-facing funnels (acquisition, activation, retention).
- You have at least 4 years of experience building production web applications.
- You are highly motivated to be a driving force in the growth of Goody, by using code, AI, and creativity to help us share our product with more people.
- You're a full-stack engineer adept in both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Ruby on Rails preferred, or strong experience in Python/Node).
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can drive projects from idea to shipped experiment to core feature.
