Role Description The Campaign Manager will support the execution and optimization of product marketing campaigns that drive member enrollment and engagement across Allied’s key programs and services. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, owning the day-to-day management of campaigns while partnering with Product and Marketing leadership on strategy and direction. This role will focus on building and executing omnichannel campaigns (incl. email, SMS, direct mail, web, and mobile app touchpoints), managing campaign workflows, and analyzing performance to continuously improve results. Essential Functions - Execute end-to-end campaign delivery for key products and programs, including campaign setup, content development, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment. - Build and manage email campaigns within marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), including workflows, list management, and basic personalization. - Support development of omnichannel campaigns across email, web, direct mail, and mobile channels with guidance from leadership. - Create and edit member-facing content (emails, flyers, FAQs, product demos, landing pages, etc.) that is clear, engaging, and aligned to campaign goals. - Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions. - Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs for campaigns; identify opportunities for improvement based on results. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and campaign execution. - Support direct to member communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all touchpoints. - Manage campaign logistics with external vendors, tracking timelines and deliverables with oversight from leadership. - Contribute to sales enablement and product marketing materials as needed. - Stay current on email marketing and engagement best practices and apply learnings to campaigns. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. - 3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. - Proven hands-on experience executing email campaigns using a marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred but not required). - Experience with campaign setup, segmentation, list management, and performance tracking. - Familiarity with omnichannel campaign execution (email required; web, mobile, or direct mail preferred). - Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Comfortable working with campaign metrics and basic performance analysis; ability to translate results into actionable improvements. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop clear, member-friendly content. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, B2B sales, vendor relations, or a related role. - Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills. - Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and starting business conversations. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once. - Coachable, curious, and open to feedback. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. - Able to work independently while staying aligned with leadership. - Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States as needed. Nice to Have - Experience in construction, renovation, franchising, building materials, trades, home services, or supplier/vendor partnerships. - Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools. - Experience supporting rebate, referral, sponsorship, vendor, or preferred partner programs.
