Qualifications - Current U.S. work authorization required - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university - Ability to travel on a 50% basis annually, work extended hours as necessary Requirements - 6+ years of experience in Higher Education and/or Higher Education Consulting, with a strong understanding of institutional operations and strategy - Background in Provost Office or Academic Affairs, with exposure to academic program management or institutional governance - Experience in Enrollment Analytics or Institutional Research, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize performance - Familiarity with Recruitment, Admissions, Financial Aid, or Registrar functions and related technology or process improvement initiatives - Involvement in Student Success strategy, retention initiatives, or student lifecycle optimization - Knowledge of Institutional Policy development and its impact on academic or administrative operations - Exposure to Strategic initiatives or experience supporting a Chief of Staff or executive office on institutional priorities Benefits - The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $145,000 - Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $171,100 - This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs
