Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field required
- Professional certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)/CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD (Association for Talent Development) certifications, or related credentials preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or related fields
- Experience leading enterprise-wide learning or organizational development initiatives
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed and/or multi-state workforces preferred
- Experience within engineering, technical, professional services, or similar operational environments preferred
- Experience managing learning platforms, HRIS systems, and/or Learning Management Systems (Coursera preferred).
