Sales Program Manager – Soft Tissue Capital
Medtronic
• Lead programmatic oversight of Soft Tissue Capital sales processes across multiple therapies • Improve funnel conversion and reduce cycle times through structured sales coordination • Support account targeting, upgrade strategies, and portfolio expansion initiatives • Partner with commercial and T&E teams to align capital placements with market development needs • Provide insights and reporting to track progress toward capital revenue objectives • Enable consistent execution of the Pan‑Medtronic capital strategy across regions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a complex sales environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
- Familiarity with Soft Tissue technologies such as Hugo RAS, which support minimally invasive procedures Urology, Gynecology and General Surgery.
- Ability to travel as needed to support field teams
