• Lead a team of experienced and highly competent, knowledgeable, and motivated sales professionals with a track record of performance and a passion for making a difference for patients. • Partner with cross-functional commercial partners to become a true subject matter expert on the key factors that will impact launch success. • Lead the development of regional business plans in close coordination with cross-functional partners that clearly articulate specific actions, timing, and metrics for achieving established goals. • Identify customer needs and marshal the company’s resources to meet those needs. • Partner effectively across field and home office teams to create a seamless experience for providers and their patients within the geography. • Provide feedback on commercial strategy and contribute to the development of resources, tools, and processes critical to field readiness, account execution, and identification of appropriate patients. • Establish a culture of accountability and achievement for the regional team; set clear expectations for performance including meeting business goals and deploying tools and resources appropriately and in line with strategic direction. • Track progress against goals, refine when necessary and celebrate success. • Meet and exceed business objectives through thoughtful planning, collaboration with partners and utilization of tools and resources for flawless execution of strategic direction. • Invest in people development and continual improvement through strong leadership, on-going coaching, and consistent performance management for direct reports.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline.
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD).
- 12+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries including both:
- 3+ years front-line malignant hematology sales experience
- 5+ years experience in malignant hematology or oncology sales leadership roles
- Understanding of the unique selling environment of oral oncolytic and/or rare disease therapies
- Experience engaging with key customers and treatment centers, including KOLs, key account stakeholders, and major oncology institutions, is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex or competitive markets, with experience preparing for and/or supporting a product launch.
- Ability to understand and coach to the sales cycle including patient identification, building clinical conviction, understanding and overcoming access and reimbursement barriers, and navigating distribution.
- Understanding of and ability to partner effectively with key commercial functions such as Marketing, Market Access, Sales Operations, Training, and Insights & Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Role Description The Director of Engineering provides technical and people leadership within YA Engineering Services’ forensic engineering practice, focusing on the evaluation of damaged building structures and related mechanical and electrical systems for insurance carriers, law firms, and other stakeholders. The position leads and mentors engineers while remaining hands-on throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate site visits and conduct field inspections. - Perform engineering analysis and interpret applicable building codes. - Produce clear, defensible reports that determine the cause and extent of building distress or failure. - Work is field-based and investigative in nature, emphasizing physical assets, materials, environmental factors, and building performance rather than information technology systems. - Ideal candidate has an established client network and a strong track record of building rapport and maintaining lasting client relationships. - Please note that this position is not an IT or Software Engineering role.
