• Advance AbbVie's pipeline by striving for excellence in clinical research. • Partners with the investigator and site staff for meaningful and effective engagements positioning AbbVie as the choice in clinical trials. • Focus on site clinical research that ensures appropriate conduct of the trial while driving improvement in data integrity, compliance, overall study performance and customer experience. • Considered as the primary point of contact for the investigative site. • High level of competency or experience in providing contextual information on the clinical trials. • Conducts site evaluation, site training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities with compliance to the protocol and monitoring plans. • Advanced understanding of site engagement and ability to customize site engagement strategy for assigned study (ies). • Gather local/site insights and utilize site engagement tools such as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. • Evaluate and ensure effective recruitment and retention techniques/plans based on the patient disease journey. • Possesses experienced level of competency to mentor and train less experienced CRAs on various aspects of work and provides input into their development. • Responsible for continuous risk-assessment proactively, and in collaboration with Central Monitoring team, monitor activities conducted by clinical sites to detect early overall study performance or patient safety issues. • Ensures preventative and corrective action plans are put into place as needed, to mitigate risk and promote compliance using a customer centric approach. • Identifies, evaluates and recommends new/potential investigators/sites on an ongoing basis.

• Ensure proper conduct of clinical trials in accordance with the Study Monitoring Plan (SMP) and applicable prevailing laws, GCP, and the Sponsor's standards to achieve project goals, timelines and quality • Manage assigned operational aspects for implementation of clinical trial activities at assigned investigator sites from site activation through to database lock, ensuring relevant timelines and quality deliverables are met • During study conduct, serve as the primary point of contact for assigned investigator sites • Work in partnership with and/or escalate to the SCP to ensure quality of site delivery • Interface with the study team as needed, facilitate information flow between members of the study team, vendors and assigned investigator sites • Partner with Site Care Partner to perform investigator site development, coaching and training of site personnel to ensure ongoing compliance with protocol and the safeguarding of patients • Monitor site level adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) • Identify and resolve investigator site issues within required timeframes

• Reviews and perfects tax returns while staying on top of the latest tax code changes • Leads exciting client projects, with a focus on Partnership tax • Dives into tax issues, prepares insightful memos, and optimizes client tax strategies • Guides and mentors staff, develops quality control procedures, and drives business growth • Supports tax compliance, conducts in-depth research on tax laws and regulations, and provides actionable insights • Oversees the preparation and review of complex returns, ensuring compliance with tax law • Develops strategies to optimize tax liabilities • Manages client relationships, mentoring staff, and keeping the team updated on changes in tax regulations

• Lead design, build, and configuration of Epic Research • Strong Epic build experience • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Works closely with stakeholders and other DTP teams to ensure the Epic system meets the needs of our research community • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Assist with Incident queue management in ServiceNow from receiving issues reported by users, to completing required build changes, and following-through with change management, issue resolution with user • Create and maintain comprehensive system build documentation, decision logs to ensure transparency and continuity, tipsheets for end user • Create and maintain test scripts for unit, integration and UAT testing • Execute testing and manage timely resolution of defects, issues, optimization requests
