• Deliver end-to-end implementation of customer network services, including firewalls, SD-WAN, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity. • Manage and execute multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and customer communication. • Configure, deploy, and activate Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet-based solutions in accordance with approved designs. • Implement Arista VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions as required. • Coordinate remotely with customer IT staff and Cox field technicians to complete on-site activities. • Execute network migrations and cutovers with minimal customer disruption. • Perform troubleshooting during implementation and assist with issue resolution. • Maintain accurate implementation documentation required for transition to Support. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and blockers. • Follow implementation standards, processes, and security requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise network solutions in customer-facing environments
- Strong hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following platforms: Cisco Meraki (MX firewalls, Meraki SD-WAN, MS switches, MR access points) or Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and FortiSD-WAN
- Experience implementing customer networks in production, customer-facing environments
- Ability to independently execute customer implementations with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous network implementation projects.
- Strong practical experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Fortinet platforms.
- Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking, WAN architectures, and SD-WAN concepts.
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers or in globally distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to ramp quickly and operate with limited onboarding time.

Role Description This Network Specialist - Finance role will be to provide outside plant project support for a geographic area, along with analytical preparation of records, statistics and reports relating to Outside Plant (OSP) functions.
