Junior Project Manager

Role Description EyeUniversal is seeking a responsible Junior Project Manager to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans like various marketing projects, new web design projects, monthly website management, data entry projects, PPC campaigns, social media content creation and posting, plus more. This position reports to the Program Manager and will work cross-functionally with the CEO, accounts managers, project managers, engineers, developers, and various marketing professionals. This position will start with part-time hours (20 hours per week) and can grow into full-time hours (35-40 hours per week) although it is a freelance/contract position. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a HUGE plus. Jr. Project Manager responsibilities include: - Working closely with Manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes for projects. - Performing various coordinating tasks, like attending (taking notes) internal and external meetings, and scheduling meetings. - Maintaining project documentation and creating tasks in operational platforms (Asana, Trello). - Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. - Gaining extensive knowledge of project management through trainings and experience. - Coordinating project management activities, resources, information, and tasks. - Breaking projects into doable actions and setting timeframes (Asana/Trello). - Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. - Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management. - Making sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. - Analyzing risks and opportunities. - Overseeing project procurement management. - Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise. - Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants. - Working with Program Manager to eliminate blockers. - Using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and deadlines. - Creating and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports. - Helping to maintain projects so that deadlines are met within the organization and with clients. - Assisting and coordinating on project deliverables within a project (marketing, data entry, admin related). Qualifications - Work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. - Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. - An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. - Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. - Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. - Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. - Strong working knowledge of various project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, Trello, Asana). - Must commit to a weekly schedule (days/hours). - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus. - English/Spanish Bilingual is a HUGE plus. Requirements - Pay rate is based on experience. - This is a freelance/contract position.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders • Maintain project schedules and track milestones • Create and maintain project documentation • Help coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors • Work closely with design teams to ensure user-centric design standards
