Job Description
Account Representative
TJM Labs
Role Description TJM Labs builds AI-driven automation that strips away the repetitive, error-prone tasks slowing pharmacies down so teams can focus on patient care. Our bots handle prescription intake, fax processing, insurance workflows and more, helping pharmacies scale efficiently without adding headcount. Many pharmacies rely on TJM Labs bots every day to keep prescriptions flowing and patients happy. Once those accounts go live, they need a sharp, people-first representative who can stay in touch, spot issues early, and funnel feedback to the product and engineering team so our automations keep getting smarter. That front-line voice is you. What you’ll do - Check in regularly with maintenance-phase clients (call, email, slack) to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and keep relationships warm. - Respond fast to questions or hiccups, triaging with project managers and engineers until the client confirms the fix works. - Track everything and maintain clear account notes. - Translate pharmacy pain points into clear tickets or enhancement requests the dev team can act on. - Analyze usage and performance data to recommend optimizations that increase bot accuracy and client ROI. - Coordinate monthly maintenance reviews with clients highlighting wins, upcoming roadmap items and additional automation opportunities. - Advocate for the client inside TJM Labs while balancing scope, effort and timelines for the operations team. Qualifications - 1–3 years in account representation, customer success, or pharmacy operations. - Pharmacy background: While not required, experience inside a pharmacy environment gives you instant credibility with our clients. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong, friendly communication style that builds trust quickly and diffuses tension when problems arise. Clients trust that when you say “I’ll handle it,” you will. - Solid project-tracking habits; you never let action items slip through the cracks and you have a data-driven mindset. Requirements - Experience with AI in healthcare (nice to have). Benefits - Fully remote culture with a results-oriented schedule. - A small, fast-moving team where your voice shapes the future of pharmacy automation.
