Job Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on personnel management (HR)
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources with emphasis on: labour and social law, personnel leadership and development, personnel services, and temporary employment/employee leasing
  • Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable (e.g., AEVO)
  • Strong methodological and didactic skills in conveying course content
  • Reliable, independent and structured work style with a high level of personal responsibility
  • Excellent command of German (C2 level)
