• Define and maintain a multi-year AI and automation roadmap that supports strategic goals in Stars, risk adjustment, payment accuracy, prior authorization, clinical quality, and member experience. • Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to identify and prioritize high-ROI use cases where AI and intelligent automation create durable competitive advantage. • Lead and develop a high-performing AI & Automation Engineering team. • Build, lead, and retain a diverse team of AI/ML engineers, automation engineers, and related roles, setting clear goals, expectations, and development plans. • Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Clinical Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Security to translate business requirements into technical solutions and track realized value. • Regularly communicate AI and automation strategy, progress, and ROI to senior executives and governance bodies. • Work with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy to ensure all AI and automation solutions meet CMS, HIPAA, and internal governance standards. • Own the operating budget for AI & Automation Engineering, including cloud spend, third-party platforms, and external partners. • Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, and appraising performance.

Role Description The Evaluator applies expertise in the relevant content area to review students’ assessments and determine mastery of learning objectives and course competencies. The Evaluator provides accurate and helpful feedback on assessments to help students develop course competencies and progress through their academic programs. This role applies evaluation processes, procedures, and policies to ensure assessment feedback is consistent, personalized, and timely. Qualifications - Minimum earned master’s degree in science, IT related. - Minimum 3 years' experience in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related. - Experience with DevOps. - CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy, Artifactory). - Experience with Kubernetes (control plane, data plane, nodes, container runtime, and kubectl). - Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - An understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management tools (Terraform). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) and security monitoring tools (Wiz, Snyk) is a plus. - Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with Generative AI.
