CX4U Architect
Red Clay Consulting
• Lead architecture and design of Oracle CX4U implementations • Validate integrations between CX4U and smart meter infrastructure • Develop technical architecture documentation and solution blueprints • Serve as CX4U subject matter expert in client-facing engagements • Translate complex client requirements into functional and technical design documents • Guide clients in AI-powered personalization strategies • Manage solution scope and collaborate with project managers • Configure Oracle CX4U modules and lead system integration efforts • Champion sustainability-focused CX capabilities • Mentor junior consultants and deliver training sessions
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of Oracle Utilities consulting or implementation experience
- 3 years focused on Oracle CX solutions (CX4U, CX Cloud, or equivalent)
- Expertise in at least two Oracle Utilities products: CC&B, C2M, MDM, CCS, or MWM
- Experience designing integrations with smart meter infrastructure, IoT devices, or head-end systems (Sensus, Itron, Landis+Gyr preferred)
- Proven track record in full lifecycle CX platform implementations
- Strong understanding of utility billing models, outage management processes, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications - Licensed user of Revit and AutoCAD — Software not provided. - Proven experience in drafting architectural plans, especially floor plans. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. - Familiarity with remote task management tools (Asana). - Ability to complete and pass a trial test to demonstrate skills.
