Role Description The Senior Director of Information and Cybersecurity serves as the senior-most cybersecurity leader within the internal IT organization, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise cybersecurity strategy in close alignment with IT and digital transformation priorities. - Ensure that security is fully integrated into infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and end-user environments. - Partner with the CIO to balance risk management, innovation, and operational efficiency. - Actively participate in the RFP development and evaluation process, ensuring security requirements are clearly defined, embedded, and aligned with organizational risk standards. - Oversee global security operations, architecture, risk management, and compliance, ensuring the protection of corporate systems and data while enabling business agility. - Drive enterprise-wide security governance, foster a strong security culture, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on cyber risks, investments, and resilience. Qualifications - 10–15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management. - 7–10+ years in leadership roles with responsibility for building and leading global security teams. - Proven experience partnering closely with CIO and IT leadership to integrate security into enterprise IT strategy and operations. - Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide security programs across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and end-user environments. - Deep experience in cyber risk management, security operations, incident response, and architecture. - Hands-on experience implementing and scaling frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and Zero Trust. - Experience managing global security operations (SOC) and responding to major security incidents or breaches. - Strong background in regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, CCPA, industry-specific regulations). - Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives. - Experience managing third-party/vendor risk in a global enterprise environment. - Track record of managing large budgets and optimizing security investments. - Experience working within a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional collaboration. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a closely related field. • We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Security CCTV Technician to join our team in Moreno, Argentina. • In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting our comprehensive security infrastructure while working collaboratively with facility and security teams. • Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and integrity of our physical assets through proactive monitoring, threat identification, and efficient system management. • Install, configure, adjust, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, fingerprint readers, and related security equipment with precision and attention to detail. • Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and ticketing platforms to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct regular audits of physical security infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and address discrepancies in a timely manner. • Analyze security threats and risks, develop comprehensive mitigation plans, and recommend remedial actions to enhance system effectiveness. • Document and report security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities to management with transparency and clarity, tracking status through their complete lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with facility and security teams to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and maintain seamless security operations. • Participate in internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and security investigations to ensure organizational standards are met. • Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, system configurations, and security assessments for audit and compliance purposes. • Research emerging security threats and alerts, staying current with industry developments to recommend innovative improvements. • Audit and control access to security equipment and facilities, ensuring proper protocols are followed.

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity and GRC strategy and long-term roadmap, with the goal of enhancing overall strategy in alignment with business objectives. • Make continuous improvements to our security strategies to protect critical assets and data. • Provide strategic decision-making and problem-solving to navigate complex security and regulatory landscapes. • Manage a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance program in support of corporate audits, client assessments, and regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001; ensure that our company meets all internal and external audit requirements. • Conduct regular risk assessments and periodic penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to the organization's infrastructure, applications, and data. • Manage the timely creation and dissemination of security-related communications including security awareness and training announcements, security compliance policies and processes, security alerts, and event messaging. • Provide oversight in maintaining a successful collaborative relationship with our external cyber defense partner, including evaluation of service delivery performance and in alignment with BW’s cybersecurity priorities. • Provide strategic leadership during cybersecurity incidents, coordinating with IT, Legal, HR, Privacy, Communications, and other stakeholders, and act as executive-level point-of-contact. • Offer senior-level guidance in developing and improving cybersecurity governance programs, policies, standards, and secure architecture guidelines. • Oversee enterprise cybersecurity risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are prioritized and implemented effectively; provide direction for privacy and data protection initiatives. • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to cybersecurity and GRC team members, drive strong performance across all initiatives and support individual and team development. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cybersecurity risk, architecture decisions, and strategic measures. • Use metrics to evaluate and track effectiveness of security, governance, and compliance initiatives. • Leverage exceptional communication skills to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
