Job Requirements
- Daily, advanced use of Claude: Claude Code, Claude Cowork, the API.
- You have built, deployed and run AI agents in production.
- You read, write and debug Python and JavaScript.
- You know the current model landscape and when to use what.
- You follow releases weekly.
- End-to-end automations: n8n, Make or code, APIs, webhooks, scraping, MCP.
- AI image and video generation with the current top models.
- You manage what breaks: hallucinations, runaway API costs, edge cases, reliability over time.
- Fluent English.

Role Description LegalOn is building AI that in-house legal teams can actually trust. To do that, we need legal professionals who can evaluate AI output the way a practitioner would, both for technical accuracy and for real-world legal judgment. • Define and document incubator intake processes, SME consult workflows, and PoC tracking mechanisms • Write and maintain 5–10 Self-Service Playbooks for VA employees at varying technical levels • Develop and execute a Communication Plan to announce the incubator VA-wide • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with VA stakeholders; manage follow-through on action items • Triage intake requests and own status communications back to requesters • Conduct and document SME consults — targeting 20+ per period of performance with >4/5 satisfaction • Coordinate four AI Lab proof-of-concept efforts with measurable outcomes • Author User Satisfaction Reports for each SME consult; manage VA review/approval cycle • Track satisfaction metrics and report on incubator effectiveness
