Product Manager – Senior Product Manager

• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, user workflows, business objectives, and product opportunities • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction, requirements, and success metrics • Own roadmap and backlog prioritization for a product area or major initiative • Make thoughtful tradeoffs across customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, implementation complexity, and strategic alignment • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, customer-facing teams, and company leadership to deliver high-quality software • Manage product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, adoption, and iteration • Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform prioritization and evaluate product performance • Communicate product direction, decisions, and progress clearly across stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning complex software, workflow, analytics, or technology initiatives
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing tradeoffs, and delivering software in partnership with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and comfort influencing without direct authority
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving business or customer needs
- Customer empathy and a track record of translating user needs into practical, scalable product solutions
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and implementation teams
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution and adoption
