We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Spectacles! What you’ll do: - Work as a part of both the Program Management Office and the Product Design Team to create and maintain streamlined development schedules for mechanical and electromechanical parts, adapting to unforeseen challenges and helping to chart new courses of action as needed - Responsible for design release schedule, delivery of parts and BOM management from early design concepts to mass production - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and schedule goals are met - Understand technical issues and help to bring together key partners to quickly converge on a solution - Drive development and manufacturing of early prototypes, travel to manufacturing partners, and help diagnose and close issues during manufacturing - Present key status updates to leadership Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Knowledge of product design processes, manufacturing processes, DOE management, and tooling lead times - Risk identification and mitigation, ability to prioritize parallel paths and communicate needed information to drive issue resolution - Self-motivating with strong critical thinking skills - Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience - Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field - 3+ years of combined experience in program management and mechanical/electrical engineering for complex consumer electronics products Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Product Design, Industrial Design, and Operations - Proven track record of interdisciplinary system integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components - Experience with project management across engineering, operations, and manufacturing - Experience with PLM or PDM software for BOM management and supplier release - Experience with project/issue tracking and version control software If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information. Role Description In North Carolina Medicaid, County Departments of Social Services perform the Medicaid program integrity function under the oversight of the State Medicaid agency.
