Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help bring the Cowboy Colostrum brand to life on organic social. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our Instagram and TikTok channels - planning content, managing the calendar, posting, and getting your hands dirty with creation. We're building a brand people genuinely love, and social is at the center of everything we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social, has great instincts for content, and wants to help build a brand with real momentum. What You'll Own - Manage and execute our organic social calendar across Instagram and TikTok - Plan and schedule content in alignment with campaigns, product launches, and brand moments - Create and edit content - graphics, short-form video, reels, stories - either independently or in collaboration with our creative team - Monitor and engage with our community - responding to comments, DMs, and fostering conversation - Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share learnings to inform future content - Stay on top of platform trends, audio, and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant - Collaborate with the influencer and growth teams to repurpose and amplify top-performing content Qualifications - 1–2 years of social media experience, either in-house or at an agency - Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok - you know what makes people stop scrolling - Comfortable creating content yourself, from shooting on an iPhone to basic editing - Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand voice - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces - Self-starter mentality - you're not afraid to jump in and figure things out

Role Description Working under the direction of and in concert with the Social Media Director, the Social Media Manager leads a team in the conception and delivery of innovative, well-targeted, business-building social media marketing solutions to meet or exceed client objectives. This involves the creation and execution of social media plans, unearthing insights to inform the development of the plan, and flawless execution on all fronts while working collaboratively with the overall Strategy teams on a clients’ business.
