Role Description This is a remote position. As an experienced online educator, the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC Education to offer online facilitation services for students studying in the Masters of Nursing (Online) offered by Victoria University Online. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of healthy ageing, chronic disease management, and integrated models of care for older adults. They should be able to support students in applying evidence-based interventions, evaluating complex case studies, and designing person-centred care plans that promote self-management, improve health outcomes, and enhance the quality of life of older people. Qualifications - Registered Nurse or Midwife (AHPRA registration) or Registered Mental Health Practising Nurse and knowledge of unit content. - PhD and/or Master Degree in Nursing or relevant field (i.e. health-related) plus 5 years' relevant teaching, research and/or professional experience at the PG level in the last 10 years. - Full rights to work within Australia. - An Australian Business Number or ABN as a sole trader, or of the entity that will contract with LINC. - Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures. - Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication. - Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection. - Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). - The candidate needs to be available between 5 pm to 10 pm every day. Roles & Responsibilities - Subject matter guidance to a group of 25-30 undergraduate online students. - Support in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management. - Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt-resolution, academic guidance and assessment draft reviews. - Guidance on relevant reference material. - Assessment marking with long-form feedback. - Management of discussion forums. - Proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues. - Prompt interaction with students over email, or calls/online sessions from locations of their convenience (e.g. home, office etc.).

• Manage an ongoing portfolio of families throughout their care journey • Build trust and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication • Guide families through onboarding, assessments, charting requirements, and care milestones • Provide compassionate support while maintaining clear expectations and accountability • Conduct scheduled check-ins and proactive outreach • Investigate and resolve family concerns and escalations • Navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism • Coordinate across teams to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution • Communicate updates and next steps clearly with families • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and family needs simultaneously • Track progress and ensure timely completion of family requirements • Maintain accurate documentation and records • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes • Create documentation, SOPs, and tracking systems when needed • Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and family outcomes • Support new initiatives in a rapidly growing environment

• Identify, investigate, analyze and evaluate instances of potential fraud, waste, and abuse • Proactively monitors provider activity to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends that may warrant further investigation • Utilizes data analytics, claims review, and industry intelligence to detect potential fraud, waste, abuse, or non-compliance • Leverages claims data, dashboards, and predictive models to identify providers exhibiting atypical billing patterns or potential fraud, waste, and abuse • Analyze information gathered by investigation and report findings and recommendations as a written summary and/or presentation • Conducts investigation-related training • Supports legal proceedings as needed, including testifying in court or working with law enforcement personnel to prepare cases for civil or criminal actions • Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards • Participates in special projects as required • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned

• Collaborates on the development of sales and margin plans and sales forecasts for assigned categories. • Manages and controls open-to-buy positioning and buys merchandise for assigned categories. • Participates in negotiations directly with vendors on merchandise pricing, quantity, delivery and terms. • Identifies and implements merchandise packaging and presentation techniques that enhance productivity and execution. • Objectively assesses merchandise mix based on consumer trends and business needs to develop planograms and to provide recommendations on assortments. • Reviews advertising and promotion analytics to evaluate performance, refine merchandise plans and suggest adjustments to strategy. • Responsible for the implementation of category pricing strategy and executes exit strategies on slow selling items. • Assesses pricing based on knowledge of competitive landscape, sales and margin objectives, and price indexing and targets. • Researches competitive landscape and consumer trends to ensure alignment with strategy. • Identifies merchandising risks and opportunities and presents recommendations. • Provides effective and supportive direction and guidance to Merchant Assistants. • Performs other duties as assigned.
