• Desenvolver dashboards interativos e eficientes em Power BI, com foco na geração de insights para as áreas de negócio. • Manter e evoluir relatórios e painéis existentes, garantindo a atualização e a consistência dos dados. • Estruturar e modelar dados de diferentes fontes para suportar a visualização no Power BI. • Criar e gerenciar fluxos de trabalho automatizados no Power Automate, visando ganho de eficiência em processos operacionais. • Atuar junto às áreas usuárias para entender requisitos, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções baseadas em dados. • Documentar os processos, fluxos e modelos de dados desenvolvidos. • Monitorar e garantir a qualidade e performance das soluções implementadas.
Job Requirements
- Experiência com desenvolvimento de relatórios e dashboards no Power BI.
- Conhecimento de modelagem de dados (Power Query, DAX).
- Experiência com Power Automate, incluindo a criação de fluxos automatizados e integração com outras ferramentas (SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas.
- Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
- Conhecimentos em SQL e integração com bases de dados relacionais.
- Conhecimento em manipulação e transformação de dados (ETL leve).
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de Low code (Power Plataform)

Role Description The Financial Reporting Analyst supports key financial and operational projects by performing reconciliations, managing financial information, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include: - Preparing and maintaining bank information. - Delivering high-quality customer service. - Providing technical expertise to test and implement system changes. - Ensuring all procedures and workflows remain compliant with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements. If you are interested in the following: - Balancing transactions, analyzing and resolving any variances, and researching more complex accounts, including, but not limited to, bank accounts, receipts, disbursements, and transfer of funds. - Determining and analyzing irregular trends involving financial transactions. - Assisting customers concerning payments or any other issues. - Processing Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Agreements timely and accurately. - Verifying accuracy of submitted information and contacting providers, as needed, to obtain/verify required information. - Interacting and communicating with internal and external customers. - Establishing and maintaining appropriate documentation associated with all procedures, policies, and activities. - Determining effective and efficient practices to improve current processes. - Participating in testing and/or implementation of system changes. - Other job-related responsibilities may be assigned as required. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - One (1) or more years of experience working with accounting practices and procedures related to banking, financial accounting, analysis, balancing, and reporting. - Demonstrated experience providing high quality work and meeting deadlines through prioritization. - Proven mathematical aptitude with a high degree of accuracy. - Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes. - Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems; comfort with data entry and data validation. - Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications - Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
