Senior Product Manager, Member Experience

Progyny, Inc.

• Contribute to and help manage the member experience product roadmap, aligning with product leadership and cross-functional partners on priorities and timelines. • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering team members to ideate, prioritize, and deliver solutions that will improve engagement, satisfaction, and utilization across web and mobile. • Define and track product and usage metrics to measure success and inform ongoing improvements to the member experience. • Define digital measurement plans and performance reporting for new feature launches, applying a data-informed, test-and-learn mindset. • Conduct internal and external research to identify new opportunities for improving the member experience and support recommendations with data and insights. • Participate in continuous discovery and user feedback to uncover unmet needs and refine the holistic member experience including both digital self-service and high-touch human interactions. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure strong alignment and consistent communication.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience working as a product manager in healthcare for consumer or B2B2C digital experiences (web and mobile)
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs with business goals and prioritize effectively across competing demands
  • Experience using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product decisions
  • Familiarity with contact centers and contact center performance metrics
  • Experience managing backlogs and breaking down strategic goals into actionable, high-impact deliverables.
  • Exceptional team player who embraces ambiguity and takes initiative to anticipate and solve problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with product, design and project management tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Lucid, and Product Board
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, MixPanel, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Analytics) or relevant experience.
