• Act as the company-acknowledged expert on a product domain, target users and customers, core functionality, and strategic positioning. • Bring a “forward deployed” mindset to work with Works customers on solving problems and building new, innovative solutions. • Leverage AI to build fully functional first iterations of product features, enhanced workflows, and perform in-depth product analysis. • Use data tools to understand how products are used, providing actionable insights to the team. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and relevant domain knowledge. • Build deep knowledge of Works’ business, including marketing, sales, finance, services and legal. • Support the development and communication of a product roadmap for your domain area. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product functionality and be able to conduct demos, train users, and address customer inquiries. • Identify and address product risks and differentiation opportunities upfront using qualitative and quantitative techniques. • Solve problems collaboratively and focus on outcome-driven development. • Support engineers and product marketing during delivery to ensure smooth implementation. • Continuously optimize and refine products post-launch using data-driven techniques. • Foster a collaborative relationship with developers and designers, ensuring early involvement and alignment. • Act as a true partner to stakeholders across the company, establishing mutual trust and respect. • Evangelize the product’s vision and strategy, motivating both the team and stakeholders. • Influence and inspire without direct authority, especially in high-pressure situations. • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to frontline teams.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus on Product Management, Analytics or Strategy. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and improving key product KPIs
  • Experience building and deploying B2B software required. Workforce solutions, scheduling, workforce planning, and healthcare domain experience are a big plus.
  • Experience working with AI tools for rapid prototyping/app development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to write queries, interpret data, generate insights, and drive decision-making
  • Experience defining and delivering roadmaps in support of company objectives and KPIs.
  • Experience with product discovery techniques, including qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to evangelize product vision and strategy. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience working with health systems is a big plus.
