• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure authentication and access control across cloud and on-premises environments. • Enforce Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles and role-based access control (RBAC) policies to protect mission-critical systems. • Integrate IAM solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Common Access Card (CAC) authentication mechanisms. • Oversee IAM automation, ensuring streamlined provisioning and de-provisioning of user roles and permissions. • Submit the Identity & Access Management Compliance Report, detailing system configurations, access logs, and compliance status.

• Own the end to end audio workflow, from raw recordings to final mastered outputs • Perform professional editing, cleanup, restoration, mix, and mastering across dialogue, voice, and sound assets • Curate, clean, annotate, and structure high quality audio datasets for AI voice model training • Train, operate, and iterate on AI voice models across text to speech and voice to voice systems • Evaluate model outputs critically and refine datasets, prompts, and processing to improve voice quality • Act as the audio quality gatekeeper, ensuring consistency, clarity, and realism across all deliverables • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, developers, and creative teams to align technical outputs with creative intent • Define and document audio standards, workflows, and best practices • Troubleshoot complex audio and pipeline issues across different tools and formats • Stay current with emerging audio, voice AI, and production technologies and contribute to R&D efforts

• Architecting & managing secure, high availability systems, adhering to industry standards and following best practices. • Implementing, managing, & optimizing AVD solutions in CI/CD pipelines. • Designing & implementing approaches to continuously update & secure AVD resources. • Developing scripts to automate tasks and deployments in a cloud environment. • Documenting systems and processes for capability growth and improved team collaboration. • Learning and adapting to new Azure cloud resources, with opportunities for formal training.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# , .NET Core/.NET 6+ , ASP.NET Core MVC , and Web APIs • Create clean, maintainable, well-structured code following best practices and coding standards • Develop queries, stored procedures, and data model • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and solution planning • Implement secure and scalable patterns, including dependency injection, configuration management, and logging • Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, third-party APIs, and identity providers • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Develop additional features on existing applications • Investigate and resolve defects in the established system • Deliver operationally stable software and help to ensure uptime • Assist in month end close and compliance with internal controls, occasionally includes working evenings or weekends • Assist in coordinating monthly billing cycles and issuance of system generated invoice attachments • Configurate new billing models • Analyze large datasets to troubleshoot billing discrepancies • Take ownership of work and see it all the way through the software development life cycle • Help to define non-functional requirements and build systems capable of meeting them • Improve automation of our CI/CD processes • Deliver API enabled components • Migrate legacy applications to the cloud • Provide mentoring and support to junior developers.
