Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality E-Commerce webstores. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web development, particularly with: - React JS - Type Script - GraphQL - Rest - Shopify - Remix This is an active opportunity and will support in US Eastern Timezone. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain E-Commerce webstores according to project requirements and best practices. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. - Lead the technical implementation of React JS, Type Script, Remix, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability. - Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and share best practices to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. - Stay updated on Shopify updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and techniques. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. - Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, providing insights and recommendations based on expertise and experience. - Collaborate with third-party service providers and integration partners to implement and maintain integrations with external systems. - Continuously monitor application performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development. - Must have experience in: - React JS - NextJS - TypeScript - GraphQL - HTML/CSS - Must have professional experience with modern e-commerce engines such as: - Shopify Plus (preferable) - Commercetools - Magento - VTEX - BigCommerce - SFCC - or similar - Knowledge about Shopify storefront environment. - Strong understanding of web technologies, including responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and team collaboration. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects including: - Shopify builds - CRO initiatives - SEO retainers - Ongoing support engagements • Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, and delivery quality • Manage Asana boards, project schedules, risk logs, and change requests • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams • Ensure projects stay within defined scope and performance expectations • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Provide proactive communication and updates via Loom, email, and meetings • Lead recurring review calls and roadmap discussions • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, transparency, and growth • Identify upsell and retainer opportunities where appropriate • Facilitate weekly delivery meetings and project reviews • Allocate tasks across designers and developers • Conduct QA reviews and enforce agency standards • Support junior team members through mentorship and process guidance • Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to leadership • Help improve SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation • Contribute ideas for operational efficiency and process optimization • Support retrospective reviews and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain organized project records and reporting structures • Review project changes and support budget management • Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals and profitability targets • Assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation when needed

• Provide omnichannel support via phone, email, live chat, and Freshdesk ticket management • Handle inquiries related to move-in logistics, delivery coordination, order status, account updates, returns, and billing • Resolve standard Tier I issues independently using SOPs and knowledge base resources • Escalate complex issues (medical/safety concerns, delivery failures, missing/damaged items, billing discrepancies) to Tier II with clear documentation • Maintain detailed and accurate ticket notes, following escalation pathways and communication guidelines • Prioritize accuracy and consistency over speed, especially during peak move-in periods • Coordinate with internal Operations teams as needed.
