• Clinical Integrity Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. • You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. • This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. • Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. • You will lead, coach and mentor junior consultants and ensure quality deliverables. • Managing Consultants own client engagements from cultivation to completion. • In this role, you will be accountable for the activities of the project team and support the day-to-day management of the client relationship. • You are expected to effectively develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets for multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Work products are expected to be high-quality and client-ready. • In this visible role, you will lead team meetings, and guide, manage, and coach consultants and senior consultants, providing constructive feedback on project participation and overall career development. • Managing Consultants work closely with Directors and Partners to keep them abreast of project progress and important developments. • Managing Consultants support practice development.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration, or RN Licensure
  • HIM or Clinical Documentation Improvement certification through either of the following: AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CDIP, CCDS)
  • For Senior Consultant, 5 + years of experience in the role of Clinical Documentation Specialist or Inpatient Coding professional
  • For Managing Consultant, 5 + years of professional experience in Clinical Documentation and/or Inpatient Coding in the role of Manager, Supervisor, Lead or equivalent)
  • Strong MS-DRG/APR-DRG coding experience
  • Strong ICD-10-CM/PCS diagnosis and surgical coding experience
  • Strong understanding of coding and diagnosis capture for risk adjustment
  • Strong understanding of leading practice CDI key performance indicators, financial impact, and optimized processes
  • Ability to clearly convey the value and impact of OP IP CDI executives and hospital leadership
  • Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 50%
  • Ability to develop and deliver educational presentations to providers and clinicians

The 2-1-1 Resource Navigator is the heart of 2-1-1, trained and certified to interact with a person in need, provide the best referrals available, and follow-up to make sure assistance has been received. The individual handles customer inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email from individuals seeking assistance with human services information or resources while maintaining the confidentiality of the caller. The individual handles sensitive information and adheres to HIPAA compliance. The individual ensures that responses to inquiries are completed timely and according to established service and the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) quality standards.
