Senior Product Designer
Epoch AI
• Define and own strategy across our website and data products • Establish design processes and quality standards for the organization • Lead design projects end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery • Design responsive user interfaces, graphs, and data visualizations • Conduct user research to help us understand audience interests and how they use our research • Create design specifications, mock-ups, and prototypes while contributing to our design library • Manage and mentor another designer and part-time contributors
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing interactive digital products, including leading projects
- Experience mentoring and managing designers, contractors
- Fluency in interpreting data visualizations and skill in communicating scientific and statistical insights to non-expert audiences
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX and data visualization
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and lead design work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout
- Ability to work comfortably in Figma, including auto-layout and components
- Experience establishing or maintaining a design system
- Interest in Epoch AI’s work

- Annual salary between $120,000–$175,000 USD, depending on location.
- Salaries are not restricted to USD, and contracts and payments are usually in local currencies.

Design Lead
MonographThe easy-to-use project management platform build exclusively for architecture and engineering firms.
• Own and optimize Monograph’s Webflow website. • Build landing pages and other conversion-focused web experiences. • Ensure pages load quickly, deliver strong UX/UI, and perform well across mobile and desktop. • Maintain a clean, scalable Webflow environment, including CMS collections, templates, components, forms, and reusable page sections. • Manage core website operations, including metadata, redirects, image optimization, internal linking, form setup, publishing, and QA. • Use performance insights to improve page layouts, visual hierarchy, UX, and conversion paths. • QA pages before launch and troubleshoot common Webflow issues independently. • Design campaign assets for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other paid media channels that are clear, modern, and effective in small-format placements. • Adapt campaign concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and variations quickly. • Collaborate with performance marketing to test creative angles, refresh fatigued ads, and improve campaign output. • Create GIFs, short animations, lightweight motion graphics, and product explainer visuals for web pages and paid media campaigns. • Turn product workflows, screenshots, and UI concepts into simple visual assets that make Monograph easier to understand. • Bring a modern, sophisticated B2B SaaS design sensibility to Monograph’s website, campaigns, events, and sales materials. • Create web graphics, illustrations, diagrams, presentation assets, event materials, one-pagers, and sales collateral as needed. • Design annual trade show booth concepts and supporting event assets, including booth graphics, signage, banners, screens, handouts, and related visual materials. • Work with external vendors, agencies, printers, or contractors when needed to produce event and campaign assets accurately and on time.
