This position is remote but candidate must reside in one of the states Aveanna has locations in. The position is salaried with a 10% yearly bonus incentive plan. What You’ll Do - Lead and develop a high-performing Referral Liaison team, providing coaching, accountability, and ongoing development to ensure strong individual and team performance. - Oversee day-to-day referral operations, ensuring all referrals are handled with urgency, accuracy, and compliance while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. - Own and optimize electronic referral systems (EMR/ERS platforms), improving workflows, efficiency, and scalability to support growing referral volume. - Develop and execute inside sales and outreach strategies designed to increase referral flow, strengthen partnerships, and improve conversion rates. - Partner closely with Sales, Intake, Recruiting, and Operations teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive admissions growth. - Monitor performance metrics including referral volume, conversion rates, and responsiveness—using data to proactively adjust strategy and improve outcomes. - Ensure appropriate team coverage, including evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods, maintaining continuity and responsiveness at all times. - Support referral activity directly as needed during coverage gaps or peak demand, leading from the front to ensure service excellence. Qualifications - Brings 5+ years of experience in inside sales, referral management, healthcare intake, or customer service. - Has 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a strong ability to coach and develop teams. - Demonstrates strong knowledge of electronic referral systems and EMR platforms. - Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and consistently delivers results. - Leads with accountability, urgency, and a hands-on approach. - Is flexible and willing to support after-hours or weekend coverage as needed. - Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Role Description The E-Billing Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms and resolving e-billing issues for the law firm's e-billed clients.
