Senior Payer Enrollment Coordinator

Ascension

Role Description Populates MD Staff for new providers, ensures ACVS files meet managed care criteria, and submits credentialed rosters to delegated payers. Completes and submits CAQH payer applications for non-delegated payers. Processes and submits monthly provider data updates/changes in MD Staff. Follows up with payers for timely loading and runs delegated audit rosters. Manages payer enrollment/EPriv in MD Staff and handles Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and revalidation. Creates, maintains, and audits the provider database. Communicates plan information alerts and stays abreast of and communicates regulatory changes. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. - 1 to 2 years of payer enrollment with managed care experience preferred. - Must work with a team approach. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must be highly organized and dependable. - Must be computer savvy and fluent with spreadsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets.
