Role Description Minty is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build, scale, and lead the strategic partnerships function — driving growth across digital advertising and performance agencies, referral partners, platforms, and technology integrations. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for managing and growing a high-performing team, and for defining what best-in-class partnerships looks like at Minty. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, revenue, and technical execution. You will own the vision for how Minty grows through partners — expanding the portfolio significantly, establishing a technical partnerships practice from the ground up, and ensuring Minty's partner ecosystem becomes a durable competitive advantage. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with broad organizational influence. The right candidate brings both strategic vision and operational discipline — someone who can lead through ambiguity, build for scale, and elevate the people around them.
