Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred. - 15+ years of progressive IT and leadership experience. - 10+ years of experience leading IT in regulated environments preferred. - Extensive experience managing and negotiating enterprise level vendor relationships. - Demonstrated success building and maturing IT capabilities. - Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations. - Proven ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity. - Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts. This position is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of sporting fields, ensuring they are maintained to high standards of quality, safety and playability. Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders, you will provide technical expertise, coordinate program delivery and drive continuous improvement across Council's sports turf assets.
