• Support the end-to-end credit operations processes, including loan disbursements, repayment monitoring, and coordinating collections activities. • Monitor portfolio health and handle customers at risk of delinquency and in default, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. • Manage communications with customers and external partners to resolve credit-related issues through Intercom • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on credit operations needs. • Take ownership of daily operational tasks with an improvement mindset, actively identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. • Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts to help Credit Operations scale efficiently. • Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
Job Requirements
- Speak English fluently
- Experience in credit or lending operations within a fintech, bank, or financial services company is required
- At least **2 year experience in credit operations **
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Excited to continuously improve processes and find smarter ways of working.
- Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and people skills, with the ability to manage relationships across departments and with external partners.
