Role Description We're seeking a Fintech Engineering Lead who has directly leverable B2C banking, stablecoin, or payments experience. This is a critically important role on our team. You’ll be working with the technical founders to set standards that conform with industry engineering best practices and building a highly performant, reliable, and secure app from the ground up. Our stack: - Python (FastAPI) monolith supported by Postgres and Redis on AWS. - Open to Rust and/or Go for any services that need to be broken out for performance. Backend serves a REST API that powers our iOS, Android, and Web frontends. We are integrating with cryptocurrency wallet and banking service providers, among other services for auth, ledger, payment rails, etc. This is a financial services application with significant complexity handling real money at scale, internationally. Qualifications - 5+ years building and shipping fintech software with deep expertise in at least one of the following systems: ledgering, payments processing, stablecoin infra, risk/fraud management. - Experience generally across the backend: working with Postgres, Redis, AWS, etc. - Full-stack engineering skillset, with ability to flex across other parts of the stack. • Own the agent layer of the platform — architecture, prompts, tool surfaces, multi-agent orchestration, and the eval loop. • Set the technical ceiling for the platform’s core capabilities: translation accuracy, dependency-map correctness, hallucination control. • Drive translation and dependency-mapping accuracy across an unfamiliar legacy paradigm — call graphs, data references, semantic equivalence checks. • Take on capability bets that don’t show up on most roadmaps yet — agent work at the frontier of code understanding. • Drive the prompt-and-eval iteration cycle in partnership with the RAG & Eval Engineer. • Write production agent code daily; subagents and multi-agent workflows are your normal way of working. • Establish foundations the rest of the team builds against — agent architecture, eval loop, prompt-and-tool patterns, multi-agent topology.

Role Description This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most strategically positioned businesses in enterprise AI security. Backed by a multibillion-dollar enterprise with direct access to the Fortune 500, this AI security platform is driving toward full market acquisition and is now building out its Forward Deployed Engineering function to own technical delivery at scale. You’ll be among the first hires shaping how the platform lands across the world’s largest organisations. The FDE sits at the centre of client delivery - embedding with enterprise accounts, building production-grade integrations, and owning the technical relationship from first deployment through to scale. This is a high ownership, high visibility role for someone who thrives in complex environments and wants to leave a mark on a rapidly growing platform. - Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise client engagements — from initial scoping through integration, testing, and production deployment. - Build production-grade integrations and custom tooling across complex environments - on-prem, air-gapped, and hybrid. - Diagnose and resolve integration issues across diverse enterprise stacks; be the first call when something breaks in a critical engagement. - Feed product and engineering with signal from the field - your patterns become what gets built next. Qualifications - 3–6 years in a Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or technical delivery role - ideally in enterprise security, AI, or complex SaaS. - Strong Python and/or TypeScript; you write production-quality code, not just configuration scripts. - Solid grounding in REST APIs, OAuth2/SAML/SSO, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - you’ve shipped into enterprise environments and know what breaks. - The ability to hold a room with a CISO and a security engineer and be credible in both conversations. - Experience in AI security, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks in a production context is a significant advantage. Benefits - Early stage seniority in a scaling function - the patterns you set now become the delivery standard as the team grows. - Direct influence on the product roadmap - your field observations are the earliest signal engineering gets about what to build next. - Enterprise reach, brand credibility, and a proven sales motion already in market - the infrastructure to win is already in place. - Competitive compensation benchmarked against the scarcity of this profile in the market.
