Partnerships Manager

Jump - Advisor AI

• Build and scale Jump’s partner ecosystem across technology (ISV), consulting, and referral partners • Own the full partner lifecycle—identification, outreach, onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing performance management • Launch and scale a high-impact partner program across technology, consulting, and referral partners • Establish repeatable co-marketing and co-selling motions that drive qualified pipeline and revenue • Build clear partner value propositions and GTM plays aligned to Jump’s product and customer base • Create lightweight partner enablement assets that accelerate adoption and recommendations • Track, measure, and optimize partner performance and pipeline contribution.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a GTM role
  • Proven track record of building something from scratch (partner program, territory, or new market)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and relationship development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and solid project management capability
  • Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services SaaS (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with the financial advisor and wealth management ecosystem (Preferred)
  • Ability to speak credibly about integrations, APIs, and technology workflows (no coding required) (Preferred).
