Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of networks (routing, switching) at least at Professional level, preferably proven by adequate certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or comparable
- Excellent knowledge of large-scale Data Center and/or Offices networking, proven by at least 10 years of relevant hands-on work experience in this domain
- Practical proficiency with Cisco, Arista, Mist, Aruba, or Cumulus Linux platforms
- Knowledge of network designs including EVPN/VXLAN fabrics
- Expertise in Network Access Control and authentication protocols like 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+
- Experience in network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with advanced network automation using tools like Ansible or Python
- Knowledge of Linux & Bash
- Communication skills, proficiency in English (min. B2 level), ability to collaborate on technical solutions

Role Description We’re a security-first fintech scale-up building a globally distributed platform, and we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale and mature our AWS infrastructure. Reporting to the Head of DevOps, you’ll take ownership of AWS platforms supporting multiple environments and services. You’ll focus on improving resilience, scalability, cost efficiency, and developer experience, while driving standardisation through infrastructure as code and platform best practices. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, WebApps, QA, and Security teams to build systems that are robust, observable, and aligned with AWS best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
