• Assist with trust and estate administration tasks, including document tracking and electronic filing. • Provide administrative support for financial and legal workflows tied to client services. • Ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative and client documentation. • Prepare, collect, and complete forms related to banking and financial accounts. • Manage and prioritize a high-volume, complex email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing. • Handle professional, high-level inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and partners. • Support legal timekeeping and billing processes (similar to law firm environments).

Job Requirements

  • Background in legal, trust & estate, or financial planning environments strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of: Trusts vs. Power of Attorney
  • IRA vs. investment accounts.
  • Experience with legal timekeeping or billable work structures.
  • Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage high-volume workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
