Role Description We are seeking experienced and dedicated Overnight General Practitioners (GPs) to join our remote healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality virtual consultations to patients across the UK, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. Please note that this role requires a minimum commitment of 4 sessions per week. Schedule: Responsibilities: - Clinical Consultations: - Provide remote consultations via video, phone, or secure messaging platforms. - Diagnose, manage, and treat a range of medical conditions within the scope of primary care. - Prescribe medications and provide appropriate health advice. - Deliver preventative health services, including health screenings and lifestyle advice. - Collaboration & Referrals: - Liaise with other healthcare professionals and services, ensuring seamless patient care. - Refer patients for specialist investigations or secondary care when clinically indicated. - Work collaboratively with third-party healthcare providers to maintain service consistency. - Compliance & Governance: - Ensure adherence to GMC guidelines and clinical governance standards. - Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR). - Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and clinical reviews. - Patient Advocacy: - Promote patient-centred care by actively involving patients in decision-making. - Support patients in navigating healthcare systems and accessing appropriate services. - Training & Development: - Participate in regular training sessions, CPD activities, and peer reviews. - Stay updated on advancements in telemedicine and digital healthcare. Qualifications - Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a valid license to practice. - Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in general practice. - Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in primary care. - Experience or interest in digital healthcare/telemedicine is desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. • Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing, from initial brief through final asset delivery • Use AI to accelerate every phase of the design process: ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish. • Sort out AIGC prompts and internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency. • Possess fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance etc) • Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction

• Develop and own the organisation’s AI strategy and maturity roadmap. • Establish AI governance covering ethics, data privacy, GxP compliance, and risk management. • Lead evaluation and selection of AI tools, platforms, and partners. • Drive AI adoption through change management and literacy programmes. • Identify AI opportunities across internal operations and productivity. • Act as primary advisor to leadership on AI implications, opportunities, and risks. • Define standards for model quality, validation, monitoring, and explainability. • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise AI use cases.
