• Meet minimum monthly sales targets • Conduct consultative conversations with customers, to understand their needs and available budget • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within accounts • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that support client objectives • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services • Maintain an organized pipeline with accurate updates in the CRM • Participate in outbound outreach (calls, emails, social touches) • Share feedback and collaborate with the team on best practices • Meet monthly and quarterly activity and sales goals • Support and retain existing accounts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • 3 + years of experience in federal government sales, including knowledge of government procurement processes, contracts, and compliance
  • Ability to navigate complex government sales cycles and contract negotiations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
  • Experience with discovery conversations and recommending solutions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Open to feedback, willing to learn, and adaptable
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365, or other virtual selling tools is helpful but not required
