Senior Business Development Manager – OEM HVAC Motors, Compressors
Midea America Corp
• Stay current with product launches or transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including both product and service-related support. • Identify new business opportunities with main OEM manufacturers in the territory, and establish customer rapport with products and services. • Work with all facets of the customer’s organization, including engineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management, and quality representatives. • Provide customer information through presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training. • Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization. • Support sales and marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback. • Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs • Support all product and business promotional activities and participate in regional and international trade shows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC and/or Refrigeration OEM market segments is a must
- Technical and commercial understanding of scroll (or competitive technology) compressors.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills (English language).
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
