Job Requirements
- Significant commercial leadership experience within an event, experiential agency environment
- Proven success driving international business growth through data-informed commercial decision-making
- Experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting, commercial performance and KPI-driven growth
- Experience managing international and remote teams
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent English communication skills and at least a good level of French
